The Divine Path of Embodiment
The divine path of embodiment is a journey of self discovery that expands a persons capacity and intimacy for presence and awareness. It involves integrating and harmonising four layers of human experience:
[ 1 ] Physical Embodiment - the felt intelligence of sensation, movement and breath to support and regulate bodily functions and biomechanics.
[ 2 ] Emotional Embodiment - the capacity to sense, allow, and move emotions through the body without suppression or overwhelm.
[ 3 ] Psychological Embodiment - the awareness and integration of thoughts and meaning that is grounded in truth and lived experience.
[ 4 ] Energetic Embodiment - the attunement of mind / body to subtle changes in charge, rhythm and field, coherent to vitality and connection.
Our choice of facilitators, classes and events, invite growth across all four layers of human experience - supporting a healthy and holistic embodiment.
Monthly Passes

Annual Membership
